Joker takes our number 1 spot on this list. This incredible film with a brilliant performance by Joaquin Phoenix, couldn’t get a contender for the top on our list. Thank you, Todd Philips!

Avengers: Endgame

Which Marvel fan wasn’t excited about this movie? Endgame stays as one of our best movies of the year!

Captain Marvel

Captain Marvel was another Marvel production that we anticipated for long and loved so much.

The Set Up

Adesua Etomi and the entire cast gave us the treat in this thriller. We absolutely loved it!

Living In Bondage: Breaking Free

This sequel was in no way a disappointment. Thank you Charles Okpaleke and Ramsey Noah.

Sugar Rush

The Sugar sisters made us laugh our ribs out. We could not help but love them. A beautiful film to spend watching during the holidays.

Parasite

This 2019 South Korean comedy thriller film is a good watch. It just had to make our list.

Alita: Battle Angel

This American cyberpunk action film is based on the 1990s Japanese manga series Gunnm by Yukito Kishiro. Anime lovers will definitely love this one.

Murder Mystery

Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston bring out their all-time comedy chemistry in this film. Giving us Agatha Christie vibes, Murder Mystery is a great watch.

Your Excellency

Another rib cracker! Your excellency was a good watch, full of laughter and comedy. We loved this one!

The Lion King

A journey back to our childhood was a very dope experience with The Lion King. Definitely had to make the list!

Aladdin

This live-action of the original film is an absolute fave. Will Smith gave us all the entertainment we needed. There wasn’t a dull moment.

John Wick: Chapter 3

John Wick returns in this film with all the thrills.

Good Boys

This comedy is as hilarious as it is ironic. The sexual innuendos and dramatic irony keeps the audience laughing at almost every scene. It’s a relaxing watch.

Spiderman: Far From Home

Spiderman is always a favourite, no? Well, we loved him in this movie. You definitely must have too.

21 Bridges 

Chadwick Boseman stars in this crime, thriller film and it’s a sure favourite.

Hustlers

Based on New York magazine’s 2015 article “The Hustlers at Scores: The Ex-Strippers Who Stole From (Mostly) Rich Men and Gave to, Well, Themselves”, hustlers is definitely a good watch.

Jumanji: The Next Level

Spencer and his friends are back and they take us on their exciting journey in the game.

Frozen 2

We are just as excited as you are to have Elsa and Anna back. We love this sequel.
