We can now add “I’m oceanic, motherf—er” to the list of NSFW one-liners from the upcoming Baywatch, director Seth Gordon’s film flushed with “‘this is my beach, b–’ rated R humor.” A new trailer — complete with slo-mo running, explosions, expletives, and abs of steel — has arrived to tease Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron’s “undercover” mission to take down some baddies that threaten their beach.
Efron plays Matt Brody, a gold medal-winning swimmer who wants to join the “Avengers of the beach” but is blissfully unaware of all the drug-busting the squad does under wraps. Though Johnson’s Mitch Buchanan isn’t impressed, his boss thinks hiring him is a good PR move. So he’s forced to enlist Matt for a mission to stop Victoria Leeds (Priyanka Chopra), who’s leaving a trail of drugs and dead bodies in her wake.
