Benedict Cumberbatch Tells Us What He Thinks Of Avengers: Infinty War Script

There are few films in Hollywood more hyped than Avengers: Infinity War. The superhero film finally got underway this year as the Russo Brothers began production on the massive gig. The epic blockbuster is set to pit both the Avengers and Guardians of the Galaxy against the biggest baddie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Thanos is finally out to restore the Infinity Gauntlet on his own, and the Mad Titan has galactic annihilation in his heart. So, of course, heroes like Spider-Man and Doctor Strange will be needed to cull the villain’s plans.
So far, details regarding Avengers: Infinity War have been carefully selected and fed to fans. The need for information has only grown since production began on the film, and plenty of actors are still waiting to learn about their overall role. Stars like Chris Hemsworth said they hadn’t seen a script for the film right up until production began as Marvel Studios did its best to prevent any leaks.
The stars of Avengers: Infinity War are also keeping their lips shut when it comes to story details, but one actor was kind enough to throw fans a bone. While he couldn’t share any specifics, Benedict Cumberbatch was recently asked about the project’s shooting, and the actor confirmed he had seen the script.
“I’ve got a script and I’ve been reading it,” he told Entertainment Tonight before commenting on it further. “It’s very, very good fun.”
Obviously, that is about the extend of information fans are going to get about the film from stars like Cumberbatch. Marvel Studios is going to extreme lengths to keep the Avengers’ movie safe, and Tom Holland demonstrated just how far the company would go. Earlier this month, the Spider-Man star took to Instagram to share a video of himself burning his script for the flick.‎
