The Wedding Party 2 Breaks Another Nollywood Record On Its First Day

After breaking all existing records in 2016 and becoming the highest grossing Nollywood movie of all time, The Wedding Party’s sequel – The Wedding Party 2: Destination Dubai – has done it all over again by not only breaking its own record, but doing so on the very first day of screening.

Executive producer, Mo Abudu, took to Instagram to announce that movie generated N20 million on its first day at the box office, which was twice the revenue generated by the prequel last year (N9.6million) on the first day.
